The Sales Admin “shepherds” the Hotel’s Sales Office by handling a lot of the admin duties so the Sales Managers can focus on selling the Hotel. There is lots of phone work, sending out contracts, managing the sales software, email replies, and scheduling assistance. This position will interact considerably with the Front Desk, Food & Beverage, and Accounting departments.

Some duties and responsibilities of the Sales Admin include:
Work closely with the Hotel’s Director of Sales relative to department administration. Be a ninja at multi- tasking. Assist clients over the phone, through email correspondence or during site visits. Keep Food & Beverage up to date on banquet event order changes. Assist Sales Managers in the department as needed. Be a living “Google” of Hotel and local services especially as related to wedding services.
